The Alert Creator submits the information and, in doing so, accepts the terms of use.
In the event of any change(s) in these general conditions of use, any future use of the Ringabell.property service constitutes acceptance of any new conditions by the Alert Creator.
Ringabell.property reserves the right to change the terms of remuneration of Alert Creators.

Use of the site by Alert Creators

The Alert Creator enters information relating to a property for sale or for rent and submits the form. He/she agrees to provide truthful information, as well as to respect the laws in force in the state where the alert was created. All information provided must be truthful must not infringe upon any present or future regulations.

Personal data

By communicating personal data about you or anyone else to Ringabell.property, you agree that your data may be used for the following purposes:

• customer relationship management;
• management of customer accounts;
• constitution and management of client files and prospective client files;
• statistical analysis for commercial purposes and studies related to real estate;

Suspension

Ringabell.property reserves the right to suspend an alert for security reasons or for any breach of the obligations set out in these terms of use. In the case of repeat violations of these terms and conditions or the failure to solve any security problems related to an alert, Ringabell.property reserves the right to permanently delete the alert.
Similarly, Ringabell.property reserves the right to restrict access to its service to any Alert Creator who does not respect the regulations in force or the terms of use.
